It took 12 days from purchase date to receiving it. Kind of weak if you ask me considering the shipping costs. Also, the book was correct, but had most of it covered in hi-lighter. In other words, I wouldn’t be able to sell this book in the condition I recieved it to a local campus bookstore. Poor purchase and traansaction experience. Wished I just bought it on campus for more money, quicker, and no issues with book…..

I’m an international customer. Basically the book never arrived and the customer service was very bad. I sent mails asking for my orders and they just told me to wait. They dont provide tracking numbers or anything to know where your book is while it hasn’t arrived. So if you are somewhere outside the U.S. think twice before buying anything.

It is comprehensive and easy to follow. Writing style like a academic literature with lots of figures and tables. The book can be used of both undergraduate as well as graduate. Teaching methods are well advised. Business manager might find it a bit difficult to apply right away and needed a little more time to find ways to adapt into real-world organization.
